Basic Training
xwave's CMS-ASP includes a basic training package that supports proper use, configuration and maintenance of the CentricityŽ Practice PM and EMR software. Designed mainly for family physicians and administrative primes, this training encompasses supervised eLearning, classroom sessions, and on-site sessions.
The basic training package is subject to the following terms and conditions:

| • | All CentricityŽ PM training is conducted either off-site classroom sessions or computer-based training (CBT) modules. | |
| • | All administrative training for the CMS-ASP also takes place in either off-site classroom sessions or through CBT modules. | |
| • | Support staff who receive training as administrative primes are in turn responsible for training other support staff, and have access to training materials for that purpose. | |
| • | Ongoing supervised training in the form of a webinar or similar method is provided as part of the Basic Training Package at an additional charge. | |
| • | The Basic Training Package includes one of two standard workflow models for all subscribers. | |
| • | Ongoing unsupervised computer-based training for normal CMS-ASP functionality is included as part of the Basic Training Package. | |
| • | Training for encounter forms includes up to 10 templates per Subscriber Agreement, with additional template training available at extra cost. |
Additional Training
Subscribers have the option of purchasing as-needed training services beyond the Basic Training Package. Please contact us for additional details.
